Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order

Lark’s minimum order is $350 + GST + freight

Payment

Lark orders must be pre-paid; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept credit cards or bank payments. If you choose to pay by bank deposit, your goods will be held for 10 days pending payment. If payment does not occur within 10 days your order will be cancelled and offered to the next available stockist in your area.

Delivery

The majority of orders are shipped within 1-5 working days of payment. During peak periods and post-trade fairs, please allow extra time for delivery.

Exclusivity

Lark supports its regular stockists with exclusivity. In return, we expect you to consistently promote each Lark brand that you are approved to sell, and to maintain a good stock level. If you don’t place a re-order for any brand within 5 months, Lark will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity for that brand will be void. Because Lark represents a variety of brands, there may be more than one stockist in an area, each approved to stock different brands.

Prices

Prices shown on our website are exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to adjust prices and specifications without notice except when an order has been fully paid for. Prices are reviewed annually on 1 October. If you place an order before 1 October but do not pay for it until after 1 October, you will be charged the updated prices.

Copyright and Images


Copyright on all images and designs remains with Lark Australia Pty. Ltd. (the owner of this website) and its associated companies. You may use images from our website for promotional purposes once your order for the featured products has been paid for. If an item that we have available is out of stock at your store, you no longer have permission to feature it in your promotions until a new order has been placed and paid for.

Sales Outlets

You are only authorized to sell through the retail outlet(s) you have specified in your application to Lark. Permission must be sought to sell the goods at other outlets including any new shops or online stores. Lark does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through party plan or markets without written permission.

Returns

Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 5 days of receipt. Please do not return goods unless we ask you to. Should we ask you to return goods you must obtain a postage receipt.

Variation

Many of Lark’s products are handmade, and slight variations will occur. This is accepted by the customer when placing an order, and returns will not be accepted due to slight variation.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Lark. Lark does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the larkmade.com.au website. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Australian Payment Processor, EWAY, which is linked to our bank’s merchant account.
