When you place an order on our website and send payment, it is deemed to be binding. As our goods are often made to order, we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been submitted.

The products offered for sale on this website are directed soley at residents of Australia. Lark makes no representation that any products referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. If you choose to access this site from other locations, then you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more deliveries. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

If you are not satisfied with a product when you order arrives, please notify us within 5 days and we will send details of how to return your goods.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please obtain proof of postage.
