ORDERING

Q. Why can't I add an item to my cart?
A. If you can see an item but there is no 'add to cart' button this means that we are out of stock of the item. Our website is based on our warehouse inventory, so it only allows you to order what we actually have in stock.

Q. One of the items I would like to buy is out of stock. Will you let me know when it is available?
A. If you go to the individual product's page there is an option at the bottom to be automatically notified once an item has come back into stock.

CHECKOUT

Q. In my cart there are items with a red cross by them.
A. This means that you have had items in your cart that were sold to another customer by the time you have reached checkout. We may still have stock, just not in the quantities you originally wanted.

Q. Can I pay by cheque or bank deposit?
A. No - we only accept credit cards, debit cards and Paypal payments. Our website has secure encryption, so your details are safe.

Q. Can I sell my products through your store?
A. Most of our design brands have been found by Lark on our travels around the world and the world wide web. We rarely accept submissions from designers who contact us about their work, however if you feel that your products are particularly suitable for our store, please feel free to email us with a link to your website and a wholesale pricelist. During busy times we may not be able to respond to every email. Please do not call us about your work, bring samples to our shop without an appointment, or send samples in the mail.
